Our client seeks a professional for their growing Wealth Advice team in Dubai, offering support in client journeys in developmental roles.

Position overview

As an Associate, you will assist the organization in the delivery of outstanding client-focused financial services.  You’d be in non-advisory developing roles whereby you’ll participate in the client journey whilst assisting and being mentored by a Senior Associate. This will provide you with a clear pathway for further development with the objective of learning the company’s processes and methodology, ensuring positive outcomes. you’ll need a bias towards action, the ability to work in a rapidly growing and evolving environment and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

To be successful, you will require a desire to work within a thriving team environment and be excited by the missionary vocation of introducing fiduciary standards into the Middle East.

In this role, you will

  • Play a significant part in delivering positive client outcomes alongside the Senior Associate.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of outstanding client-focused financial planning efficiently and timely.
  • Support the Senior Associate in executing the client relationship strategy.
  • Support the Senior Associates in maintaining strong client relationships and driving engagement.
  • Ensure that your work complies with regulatory guidelines issued by the compliance department.
  • Supporting team members with research and analysis to prepare personal financial plans and annual progress meetings.
  • Attending annual progress meetings with the Senior Associates.
  • Progress with appropriate career paths, including taking the relevant CII/CISI qualifications.
  • Ensuring client files are kept up to date with the latest information.

  • In addition to the fixed salary, colleagues are eligible for the annual bonus scheme based on individual and company performance, calculated pro-rata from their start date. The average range is 0-15% and is purely performance-based (individual and company), thus not guaranteed.

Please note: This position would typically suit experienced and CISI / CII qualified UK investment advisory candidates at the top of their sport. A minimum of 5 years experience as a qualified level 4 advisor working in the wealth management business is a requirement. This position is NOT for someone from the accounting / auditing or financial management profession. This is a client facing, sales and targets driven profession. Please only apply if you have the required senior wealth management experience.
