Our new client, a growing international financial advisory firm based in Malta, is seeking experienced Independent Financial Advisers to join their expanding network. Responsibilities:
- Deliver independent, holistic financial advice tailored to the needs of international and expatriate clients.
- Build and manage a personal book of business with full ownership of client relationships.
- Utilise provided leads and CRM tools to grow your client base efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with MiFID II and local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with a supportive back-office team for onboarding, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Ideally come with a book of business / AUM.
- Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser or in a client-facing wealth management role.
- Hold recognised financial qualifications (e.g., CII Level 4+, CFP, CISI, CFA, or FINRA Series 7/65).
- Strong understanding of UK/US financial systems and cross-border financial planning.
- High level of ambition, self-motivation, and a client-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Based in Malta or able to work remotely with EU residency or passport.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Italian) are an advantage.
