My established client is recruiting for a small office in Valencia, Spain. I know the whole visa thing is a hurdle for many, so the intention is to skip all that hassle and just focus on capable remote IFA's.
Initial leads will come from cold(ish) calling from a 10k database of inward enquiries over the last decade or so. Calls, consultations and deals all done over the phone/Zoom globally, not focusing on Spain, at least not initially. So, my client will be looking for a BDM or two who can do that.
As for a financial advisor or two to close the business, they've had good results also with UK mortgage advisors in particular, so if that's perhaps something you've had your hand at before, please let us know.
A great telephone manner, good western accent, rapport building are the essential qualities they're after as everything else can be taught.
My client neither have nor want thousands of products. They choose the best from each and use those, it just WORKS. The idea is to focus on closing business rapidly rather than get mired in layers of red tape, CRM and forms.
My client is willing to be extremely generous with commission splits initially to get new recruits off the ground. There won't be any higher rates in the market!
They want a small and efficient team, get everybody earning as soon, and earning as much as possible without unnecessary red tape, company infrastructure and other distractions.
Look, there are some who need fringe benefits and a fancy office to go to -- this isn't that. My client want bulletproof work ethic, a smart Anglo Saxon accent and in return you can expect a higher net tax free earning than anywhere else!
