Role Overview:

As a Financial Advisor with them, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advisory services to clients while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies. Responsibilities:

  1. Contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients’ homes or business premises.
  2. Conducting in-depth financial reviews and analyses for clients to assess their current financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance.
  3. Producing financial reports.
  4. Developing customized financial strategies and plans tailored to meet the individual needs and objectives of clients.
  5. Communicating complex financial concepts and recommendations to clients in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
  6. Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients to provide ongoing support, guidance, and updates on their financial matters.
  7. Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to ensure the delivery of relevant and up-to-date advice.
  8. Collaborating with other professionals, such as estate agents, solicitors, and accountants, to provide holistic financial solutions for clients.
  9. Meeting or exceeding revenue targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  10. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including disclosure obligations, costs of services provided, and recommended products.
  11. Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Contacting clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation that may affect their savings and investments.
  13. Meeting the regulatory aspects of the role, including requirements for disclosure, costs of the services provided, and advised products.
  14. Maintaining suitable qualifications and completing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Requirements:

  1. Qualified to level 4 minimum: UK DipPFS/Cyprus CySEC Advanced or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years of financial sales experience.
  3. Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
  4. Interest in providing long-term, ethical services.
  5. Career-minded attitude.
  6. Willingness to relocate or work remotely as needed.
